Plitvice is breathtaking, but crowds can change the experience completely. The biggest tip: arrive when the park opens. The first two hours feel like a different world — mist, quiet waterfalls, almost no people. Choose shorter routes but move slowly. I noticed most visitors rush the longest route and miss the details. Also, stay overnight nearby if possible. Seeing the park early morning is worth it.
